Casa “ Rustica” is a spacious, architect- designed Mediterranean style villa featuring a spectacular panoramic sea view. The villa is situated in the tranquil, wooded residential area of Tosalet well-respected for its 24 hour security service. Tosalet is just 5/10 minutes’ drive away from the historic Old Town, Port and Arenal sandy beach with its bars, shops, restaurants and vibrant night life.

Villa “Rustica” can accommodate up to 10 people plus 2 (children) and is perfect for holiday makers who wish to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation in private surroundings by the poolside .The large and well-established lawned Mediterranean-style garden all around the house is filled with palm trees and tropical plants. There is an easily accessible 10×5 m swimming pool as well as a BBQ-Bar area located within a covered terrace equipped with seating and a large table; alongside this is a changing room with toilet and shower (for use after swimming and sunbathing).

The villa is split into two levels:

The well-equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine etc) is situated on the first floor with direct access to the outside; the dining room and living room open out onto two spacious terraces, one of which features a breath taking sea view; and the master bedroom on this floor features an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

There is a spacious living room with a wood burning stove on the ground floor with direct access to the garden; two of the four bedrooms on this floor are en-suite, one with a shower and one with a bathtub ; and the other two bedrooms share a separate bathroom and a small open kitchen, also with direct access to the garden and pool as well as a utility room with washing machine.

The villa is equipped to offer maximum comfort: TV’s (Spanish, English, German), a DVD and CD player, state-of-the-art WI-FI, table tennis, a wide selection of board games and books, and full central heating and air conditioning in each bedroom. A high chair and cot are available without charge by prior request. All linen, including pool towels, is provided as well as a complimentary welcome pack. A baby sitting and translation service is available if required.

We request no smoking inside the house and no pets are allowed.

There is ample parking space outside the villa on the road, which is quiet and secure.
